June 2004: Website launched.
January 2005: We registered with computerrepair.com
March 2005: We recieved and continue to maintain a Six star rating
at computerrepair.com
June 2005: Started development of a new client billing and tracking
system. Added another tech to the lineup who specializes in Nortel
phone equipment.
Fall 2005: We were invited to the preferred provider programs of
several major retail consumer and small business electronics stores.
Winter 2005: Development on billing and dispatch system stalled
because of other client projects. The property management system
we have been writing has increased in size and features and has
consumed most of the development time for our internal projects.
