We recommend that most on site service for things like operating systems (virus repair, spyware removal, system cleanup) actually be done in-shop. Not only does this save you money but it also ensures that the job is done in a controlled environment so chances of immediate re-infection are minimal.

Pickup and delivery service is available within our standard service area (map) for a small fee of $25 per system. This fee is waived if the repair bill meets or exceeds $75 at the in-shop rate. Extended service area calls (map) are subject to a $150 minimum charge which is waived if service bill exceeds that fee.

Service calls after 7PM and emergency calls have a $150 dispatch charge and are billed per man hour plus expenses. Out of area and nationwide calls/clients may have a $50 dispatch fee applied for each call.

Data recovery is a flat-rate service of $50 an hour in-shop plus media. Media charges are $5 per CD-R or $15 per DVD. Hard drive to hard drive recovery where you supply the destination drive is not subject to the media fee.

Payment is due at the time of service.

Storage fees for unclaimed property is $5 per day per item.
